2K Direct Gloss acrylic colour- a high quality automotive direct gloss for refinishing panels, parts, resprays as a colour match.
Direct gloss is a hard, scratch resistant 2K product, that combines the colour and "lacquer" in one. You must still use a primer or apply to a painted, prepared surface.
Available in a range of Ral, BS, Pantone, and custom colours/ manufacturer automotive colours.
DOES NOT COME WITH HARDENER- order 2k hardener here
- mix 4 parts paint to 1 part hardener 2:1
- NO Requirement for a lacquer, you can sand, and apply one if you wanted further depth to the coating.
- Can be sanded, polished etc. This coating through hardens so is easy to rectify runs, nibs etc, and polish them out after.
- Dilute 5>10% with 2K thinner

20C Drying Times
- Flash of: 15 minutes

This can sprayed beautifully! I got a better finish than I would from my gun. The colour seemed very opaque which is great and this meant it covered well. The 2K can, once activated, has a limited shelf life, but this has remained liquid in the tin for more than 7 days (at about 6 degrees C ambient temperature). That's plenty of time to do several jobs.

Very impressed with the 2k rattle can, colour was spot on and has cured very hard. It’s a great way of doing a trail of a different colour with out risking buying a litre can just to find out that the colour is not want you want, I will be buying the all the 2k from Buzzweld to paint my van 👍

I purchased some 2K direct gloss acrylic paint from the guys at Buzzweld and they never disappoint. Thee product is exactly what I wanted, of a good quality, packaged well, and the overall customer service provided is of a high standard. I don't usually write reviews but the whole service from simple ordering through to delivery is great. So money companies don't manage to tick all the boxes so it's a pleasant surprise to find a company that actually cares.

I have used Buzzweld products for a few years now, particularly ‘WAR’ and ‘GIO’, at my place of work, a Land Rover specialist near Leeds, and find them excellent. The 2k Direct Gloss Black, and black primer aerosols I purchased, have been used to refurbish two aluminum motorcycle wheels, and the results are superb. I ordered these in the morning and they arrived the following morning, using the standard delivery. Great products, from knowledgeable people, and a reliable delivery service. Highly recommended.

Delivery & returns
DELIVERY
All orders are sent to be delivered to you or a neighbour. By Ordering you are accepting responsibility for the delivery location. If this is not acceptable then you MUST leave a note on your order specifying signature only. We do not ship all orders for signature as most people are not available all day to take delivery.We send all orders with DHL.
Cut off time for same day dispatch is 12pm.
Please supply a mobile number to assist the courier.
DHL will attempt delivery twice, after this you may be charged an addition fee.
All orders will only be sent if the billing address matches the card details.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by DHL.

RETURNS
We offer a 30 day money back return policy on all goods returned in un-used condition and original packaging. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchange on mixed colours or aerosols to order.
All items must be returned to qualify for a refund. Upon receipt of your item we will check the item and notify you if we are able to process a refund by phone or email within 3 working days.
Once we have despatched your goods (or if you have collected them), you can return them for a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 30 days of delivery (or collection) without giving a reason, as long as they are with their original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (and have to pay any costs involved) and we are allowed to reduce your refund if there is any damage to the goods caused by you handling them. We will make all refunds to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and we will pay you within 14 days of us receiving the goods you have sent them back to us.
Colours
We will make your colour to specification, however, when added to different products the colours will be represented differently. As an example Ral3020 in Raptor, 2K Direct Gloss, Basecoat, and GIO side by side will all be DIFFERENT, even though they are made with EXACTLY the same tint. Variance issues are non refundable. Please call us if you have any concerns. We do also try and filter out these issues by inspecting your order. Metallic colours are strongly affected
Cancellations
All cancellations must be provided as soon as possible via phone contact only. We cannot always view emails / messages in a timely manner. Your order can be cancelled on 01454315588 mon>fri 06:30>14:30. Custom orders such as non stock items, and colours are made to order. If you wish to cancel an order that has a custom item on it, and we have already made it, We will not be able to refund for that item because we cannot return it to "stock".
