Buzzweld's Rust encapsulator combats corrosion, and its ability to return by tackling the causes of corrosion in several ways.
Rust Encapsulator Chassis Primer
Rust Encapsulator is a development of our previous products, such as RCP (Rust Control Primer), FCP (Fast Cure Primer), and FE (Fluid Etch). we have combined the strengths of these three products into one taking the corrosion stabilisation from RCP, the cure time and compatibility from FCP, and the adhesion and durability of Fluid etch to create a product that is a world ahead of any primer we have offered to date.
Suitable for use as a high adhesion primer for other products like Chassis paints, Underseals, waxes, and other automotive coatings as part of a Rustproofing Solution.
- By stabilising corrosion from Fe203 (rust), to magnetite we remove the reactivity of not only the corrosion itself, but we reduce it BELOW that of bare steel. This means even if you removed our coating, the stabilised corrosion will degrade at a REDUCED rate vs bare steel. By doing this we reduce the ability of the part you are protecting to degrade further.
- Rust Encapsulator is infused with Glass Flake. Upon application the flake will spread throughout the coating, prior to setting. What you are left with is a coating with evenly spaced toughened glass particles. These not only massively increase abrasive resistance and hardness, but they also create a convoluted path through the coating that moisture, and contaminents will have to travel to re activate the corrosion, add to that the corrosion will have been stabilised by the above, and you now have three layers of protection from a single coating.
- Rust Encapsulator does not suffer from porousity, so you can protect without the requirement to then protect the primer saving money.
- Minimal Prep. Remove loose rust/ paint, degrease and apply.
- Rust Encapsulator is compatible with most top coats, can be applied to rusty or most bare metals.
- High adhesion, semi self-etching can be used under and over body fillers, under lacquer, enamels, urethanes, most fast cure coatings.
- High build so will fill in small preparation and substrate defects.
- Will not fail due to UV degredation
- ZERO rust creep product. One of the fastest ways for corrosion to beat oxides, zinc, and otehr coatings is to blister and force the coating off. Rust Encapsulator is specifically designed to stop this, which means not only are you protected, but if perforation does occur, the damage is localised and limited from spreading.
- VERY fast cure. touch dry in as little as 15 minutes.
- Always apply minimum two coats. For aerosols going to bare/ blasted/ rusty steel we recommend 4>5 coats due to aerosols having an average of 75% more shrinkback.

- Resonance Suppression -RE Now actively combats resonance produced from panels
- Thermal Insulative properties -RE now significantly limits heat loss, and reduces energy required to keep a cab cool.
- Ceramic -RE is now more resistant to abrasion, gouging and has increased longevity due to increased porosity resistance
By selecting the Platinum option you are purchasing the highest grade of RE we can produce. For ultimate sound and thermal insulation we recommend applying Cosyfoam over RE.

Traditional aerosol.
400ML Buzzweld Powercan The Aerosol powercan uses NO THINNER. as a result the can outputs the same amount of paint as a spraygun. This means less coats, a much higher film build and time saved. HOWEVER- the cans empty themselves very quickly. Protection VS coverage. When using a powercan you need to spray from further away. This can can also be used as a textured spray (comes with two nozzles).

Bought in the 400ml aerosols, comes pre thinned already and sprays on lovely getting in all the nooks and cranny's. Used on a rough Land Rover chassis as a primer and covered well.

Delivery & returns
DELIVERY
All orders are sent to be delivered to you or a neighbour. By Ordering you are accepting responsibility for the delivery location. If this is not acceptable then you MUST leave a note on your order specifying signature only. We do not ship all orders for signature as most people are not available all day to take delivery.We send all orders with DHL.
Cut off time for same day dispatch is 12pm.
Please supply a mobile number to assist the courier.
DHL will attempt delivery twice, after this you may be charged an addition fee.
All orders will only be sent if the billing address matches the card details.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by DHL.

RETURNS
We offer a 30 day money back return policy on all goods returned in un-used condition and original packaging. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchange on mixed colours or aerosols to order.
All items must be returned to qualify for a refund. Upon receipt of your item we will check the item and notify you if we are able to process a refund by phone or email within 3 working days.
Once we have despatched your goods (or if you have collected them), you can return them for a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 30 days of delivery (or collection) without giving a reason, as long as they are with their original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (and have to pay any costs involved) and we are allowed to reduce your refund if there is any damage to the goods caused by you handling them. We will make all refunds to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and we will pay you within 14 days of us receiving the goods you have sent them back to us.
Colours
We will make your colour to specification, however, when added to different products the colours will be represented differently. As an example Ral3020 in Raptor, 2K Direct Gloss, Basecoat, and GIO side by side will all be DIFFERENT, even though they are made with EXACTLY the same tint. Variance issues are non refundable. Please call us if you have any concerns. We do also try and filter out these issues by inspecting your order. Metallic colours are strongly affected
Cancellations
All cancellations must be provided as soon as possible via phone contact only. We cannot always view emails / messages in a timely manner. Your order can be cancelled on 01454315588 mon>fri 06:30>14:30. Custom orders such as non stock items, and colours are made to order. If you wish to cancel an order that has a custom item on it, and we have already made it, We will not be able to refund for that item because we cannot return it to "stock".
