Tyre Blacking Service

Using PIO we can paint your tyres restoring them to like new condition, protecting from further UV, and leaving a superb satin black finish.

We can paint white lettering as part of the the service, or we can refinish white lettering as an addition to your Underbody application (not available as a standalone service)

Process.

1. remove wheels and tyres.
2. Steam clean wheels and tyres.
3. de-oxidise the tyres, removing UV damaged rubber.
4. Detail sand the existing lettering to remove oxidisation (may later include ice blasting)
5. Mask the wheels and paint tyres
6. refit and torque wheel nuts (if tyres are to be left fully black)
7. If white letting, detail sand the lettering to reveal the original white rubber. (we do not paint the white lettering due to time constraints).
