Grey Bronze Metallic Aerosol Paint made with Buzzweld Concentrate tins provide superb opacity for higher coverage, in only the highest quality binders available. Colour photo taken under artificial light, with iphone 13 pro. Generally the top of the colour in the picture is the most accurate, however being a metallic the colour and intensity can very wildy in differing light and angles of view. If you are at all unsure order a single product first to check colour. Your screen / eyes / opinion will vary and we do not offer refunds if the colour sent matches our swatch. Please be aware each product will represent the colour differently. In Raptor this colour will appear more pink, and less metallic (we can help compensate for this), whereas in other products like 2K Direct gloss it will be more acurate to the image. Supplied in 400ML aerosols, 2K Products are Isocyanate "proper" 2 pack products (pull the pin to mix them prior, wear appropriate ppe, and professional use only). Powercans are 1K, but we do load true 2K Products into them. Call if confusing.
Please note all colours are custom made to order, and a refund is only provided in the case of a product fault, as these are not "stock" items. "Faulty" colours must be returned prior to replacements being sent, or any refund. Used product is not refunded.
Colours can vary in appearance between different cameras and screens, and pictures are to be used as a rough guide only.
All products will alter the look of a colour. So a Bright red in a Direct gloss 2K will look deep and vibrant, whereas in something like Fxliner / Upol Raptor will look matt, and a little pastellised despite being a "colour match". Please call us if this confuses you.
CODEWORDS
"ODIN"- We will not question anything on your order, and will ship regardless. Put "ODIN" in the notes section of your order on checkout if you have ordered with us before and don't want us to check your colours for potential issues like colour reproduction.
"SPICE"- We will help compensate for a colour chosen in a certain binder. Example. You order this colour in Raptor. It will not be very metallic. Using "SPICE" codeword, we will not call you, we will increase the metallic content to help the raptor cure closer to the image above, rather than being more flat non metallic. Any confusion, call us, or if we are concerned we will call you.

Delivery & returns
DELIVERY
All orders are sent to be delivered to you or a neighbour. By Ordering you are accepting responsibility for the delivery location. If this is not acceptable then you MUST leave a note on your order specifying signature only. We do not ship all orders for signature as most people are not available all day to take delivery.We send all orders with DHL.
Cut off time for same day dispatch is 12pm.
Please supply a mobile number to assist the courier.
DHL will attempt delivery twice, after this you may be charged an addition fee.
All orders will only be sent if the billing address matches the card details.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by DHL.

RETURNS
We offer a 30 day money back return policy on all goods returned in un-used condition and original packaging. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchange on mixed colours or aerosols to order.
All items must be returned to qualify for a refund. Upon receipt of your item we will check the item and notify you if we are able to process a refund by phone or email within 3 working days.
Once we have despatched your goods (or if you have collected them), you can return them for a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 30 days of delivery (or collection) without giving a reason, as long as they are with their original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (and have to pay any costs involved) and we are allowed to reduce your refund if there is any damage to the goods caused by you handling them. We will make all refunds to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and we will pay you within 14 days of us receiving the goods you have sent them back to us.
Colours
We will make your colour to specification, however, when added to different products the colours will be represented differently. As an example Ral3020 in Raptor, 2K Direct Gloss, Basecoat, and GIO side by side will all be DIFFERENT, even though they are made with EXACTLY the same tint. Variance issues are non refundable. Please call us if you have any concerns. We do also try and filter out these issues by inspecting your order. Metallic colours are strongly affected
Cancellations
All cancellations must be provided as soon as possible via phone contact only. We cannot always view emails / messages in a timely manner. Your order can be cancelled on 01454315588 mon>fri 06:30>14:30. Custom orders such as non stock items, and colours are made to order. If you wish to cancel an order that has a custom item on it, and we have already made it, We will not be able to refund for that item because we cannot return it to "stock".
