HOW TO ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER- How it works.
We do not have time in our daily process to manually add to your orders with any recurring reliability. Our system does however have the ability to automatically merge orders that have the same shipping address and shipping method. If you wish to add to order, our best advise is to place a secondary order using the SAME shipping method. If the other order has not entered our make/ pick process the system will automatically merge them, and it will be shipped as one order. Once you have placed your secondary order, drop us an email about the added order number. We can then review and if the system, merged the order (same order status, delivery address and shipping method) offer you a part shipping refund. Please note, refunds will not be given if your orders were shipped on different consignment methods. This will happen if the order is added and your existing one is already being processed, the address details do not exactly match, or you selected a different shipping method to the first order. i.e. express, and then 3>5.
Cancellation and Order Amendments
You can cancel or amend orders placed with BUZZWELD provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Orders that have customisation options such as texture and colour will only be accepted as returns (once made) if they are faulty
Pre Order and out of stock items (express and other shipping methods)
If an item shows as out of stock, or Pre order on our website, the order will not be part dispatched, and will ship once available according to your ordered shipping method.
1/ Items returned under the 15 working day cancellation period
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
- where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund all delivery charges that you incurred
We will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK.
2/ Items returned under 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 14 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Refund will be paid within thirty days of cancellation
We are closed typically Sunday and Monday. orders are not processed during SAT/SUN/MON, and not counted in our shipping durations.
3>5 Day shipping
Based on our opening hours this method can take over a "week" to arrive, but rarely does. Example- you order friday after our cutoff of 12:00 midday. That order will not be printed for processing until Tuesday morning (we open tue>sat). The order will then be prioritised to be with you by tuesday the following week (5 working days). It can be dispatched as late as the Friday prior, on an express shipment. In most cases we ship earlier, so a worst case friday after cutoff would tend to arrive later the following week. We almost exclusively use express shipping, but we PRIORITISE express paid orders to make our dispatch department more efficient. Please choose express shipping, or contact us if you are in any doubt via our contact page. We can almost always get product where you want it, when you want it given a little notice ;)
3>5 day carriage is an estimate and can be affected by several factors such as we receive a high volume of Express orders then these will processed as a priority over a 3>5 day order.
Express carriage is usually 24 hours to mainland UK not including remote areas, if ordered before 12:00 the day before. However it can take additional time up to one additional day for dispatch during busy periods plus any extra time due to remote areas (sometimes handover between couriers and time of week can add 48>72 hours to the trip)

Please contact us prior to placing an order if your ARE NOT UK mainland based.
Additional carriage charges will apply for Premium rate areas within the UK (such as Scottish highlands), and outside of it.
We will use a mix of carriage services to include Hermes, UKmail and DHL to effect shipping as per request.

Highlands Shipping is 3>5 day only, however if you choose express shipping we will consider express shipping based on the margin of the order (lighter, higher value orders such as aerosols we would tend to ship express with no additional charge). please note that express shipping to remote areas can take up a week, but typically to highlands for example would be around 72 hours.
