Cancellation and Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend orders placed with BUZZWELD provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Orders that have customisation options such as texture and colour will only be accepted as returns (once made) if they are faulty. These items are classed as "personalised"

Pre Order and out of stock items (express and other shipping methods)

If an item shows as out of stock, or Pre order on our website, the order will not be part dispatched, and will ship once available according to your ordered shipping method.

Privacy Policy

Cookies are used on this website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details (excluding your credit card numbers) if you select the 'Remember Me' option. This means next time you place an order you will only have to enter your login details. Paypal is our payment merchant

We do not store credit card details.

Return Policy

1/ Items returned under the 14 working day cancellation period
We offer a 14 day money back return policy. Notify us within 14 days of receipt, and you have 14 more days to get the item to us. This applies to Goods returned in un-used condition, and original packaging. Personalised orders such as mixed colours, made to order products, cannot be exchanged / refunded, as well as parts of kits that are not complete.
- Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
- Where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund all delivery charges that you incurred up to the lowest carriage charge. i.e. we will not refund express carriage charges, but we will refund the standard shipping fee.

Returns must be logged with us prior to returning an item, include a copy of the invoice in the box, and be well packaged.

Shipping

We are closed typically Saturday and Sunday. Orders are not processed during SAT/SUN, and not counted in our shipping durations or lead times.

5>7 Day shipping

Based on our opening hours this method can take over a "week" to arrive, but rarely does. Example- you order 5>7 day friday after our cutoff of 12:00 midday. That order will not be printed for processing until monday morning (we open mon>fri>). The order will then be prioritised to be with you by monday the following week (5 working days). It can be dispatched as late as the Friday prior, on an express shipment. In most cases we ship earlier, so a worst case friday after cutoff would tend to arrive later the following week. We almost exclusively use express shipping, but we PRIORITISE express paid orders to make our dispatch department more efficient. Please choose express shipping, or contact us if you are in any doubt via our contact page. We can almost always get product where you want it, when you want it given a little notice ;)

5>7 day carriage is an estimate and can be affected by several factors such as we receive a high volume of Express orders then these will processed as a priority over a 3>5 day order. 5>7 day shipping is a subsidised service we offer BELOW express orders on the basis you the customer save money, and it helps our work flow.

EXPRESS Shipping

Express carriage is usually 24 hours to mainland UK not including remote areas, if ordered before 12:00 the day before. However it can take additional time up to one additional day for dispatch / delivery during busy periods plus any extra time due to remote areas (sometimes handover between couriers and time of week can add 48>72 hours to the trip)

Aerosol products, certain chemicals and liquids: Shipping Restrictions apply

Please contact us prior to placing an order if your ARE NOT UK mainland based.

Additional carriage charges will apply for Premium rate areas within the UK (such as Scottish highlands), and outside of it.

We will use DHL express to effect all shipping as per request.

Highlands Shipping is 5>7 day only, however if you choose express shipping we will consider express shipping based on the margin of the order (lighter, higher value orders such as aerosols we would tend to ship express with no additional charge). please note that express shipping to remote areas can take up a week, but typically to highlands for example would be around 72 hours.

Tax Charges

Catalog prices exclude VAT at 20%

Discount/ Coupons.

We reserve the right to cancel the usage of any coupon or code at any time, and without prior notice. If a code is being used where the right cannot be proven we reserve the right to request full payment and / or hold any outstanding orders. Vouchers and coupons hold no cash value.

Terminology

2K Refers to a product that once mixed will begin to cure even if it is re tinned, or in the case of aerosols not fully used. This is standard for this type of product. Only mix up what you need per job. An activated aerosol will set within 1>4 days typically if not used, but can be as little as 1 hour.
