Stonechip is a repaintable plastic protective, single component.
Sound-deadening and anti-abrasive characteristics.
Ideal for repairing underdoor and sidebands, wheel arches and underbody.
Does not contain lead, tar, asbestos or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Black Stonechip Characteristics

• A tough closed, elastic and structured coating.
• Excellent rust and chip protection.
• Sound dampening properties reduces road noise.
• Quick drying.
• Good adhesion to a wide range of substrates especially car underbody.
• Can be over-painted with all paint systems.

How to apply black stonechip

• Stir / shake before use
• Surface must be dry and clean, free from dirt, rust, grease etc.
• Spray or brush an even layer on the object or surface to be coated.
• Recommended thickness = approximately 0,5 mm at application.
• Apply at least 2 coats.
• Before over-painting allow the coating to fully dry.
• For high corrosion protection, bare metal should be treated with an anti-corrosion primer first
