Copper Weld Through Primer, ProXL ProWeld is a fast-drying copper welding primer, offering excellent conductivity and high adhesion to steel, aluminium and galvanised metal surfaces.
Copper Weld Through Primer, ProXL ProWeld is compatible with SPOT, MIG and TIG welding methods. Supplied with 2 different nozzles, giving the user a choice of spray pattern for flexibility.

Application Guide for Copper Weld Through Primer
- Carry out a test spray
- Areas to be sprayed must be free of dust, grease and be dry.
- Professional use only
- Wear an appropriate respirator
- Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample area.
- Apply in cross coats from distance of 250mm from object
- 2-3 coats @ 40-60μm
- Air dry 45 minutes @ 20°C Overcoatable 20 minutes wet on wet
- Infrared 5-8 Minutes
- After use, turn aerosol upside down and empty valve
