Bought 4 aerosol of cavity wax for chassis on a Hilux. Remains tacky but could well be the temp at moment. Good coverage. Cavity nozel coiled in cap was difficult to straighten so had to tape some wire on. Could be worth sending them uncoiled.

After cleaning the inside rails of my 90, I carried full waxing in about 20 mins. So for about £30 and 20 mins work it’s about brained.

Versatile and easy to use Monday, 20 April 2020 | Joe
I used this with the PCL gun inside my Triumph Spitfire chassis. Exceptionally easy to use and you know you're getting good coverage with it because it's quite thin and will run into all the seams. I've found it handy for applying to things like bolts and adjustment shims while assembling the running gear as well for an added layer of protection from oxidization. It does dry to the touch too which is reassuring because that means it's got more chance of staying put. I love the stuff.

Top Product For Professional Or Trade Wednesday, 22 January 2020 | David
Genuinely awesome product that with the lance coats so well. We have used it as a garage in chassis, subframes, door skins. And the coverage is wicked. Once dry it is a really adhesive product that will not just run out.
Well worth using on every job

Chassis and Bulkhead Treated Tuesday, 7 January 2020 | Richard
Purchased as a 1000ml shulzt can, I have used this inside a new galv chassis and bulk head on my Land Rover rebuild. Sooo good is the creep into the seams of this product is that having treat the bulkhead upside down it is still creeping out of the air vent seams since I have turned it back up the right way... it was treated a month ago! Really easy to apply, especially once warmed and using the FX11 gun. Will be using in the door frames too once they are repaired.

First time user of zero prep Saturday, 18 August 2018 | Alan
Impressed with how easy this is to apply and how well it penetrates into seams but would be useful if it was available in a smaller quantity than 2.5 litres
Usual good service from Buzzweld with delivery next day

Hi Alan. Thanks for the feedback. We supply Zero prep in Aerosol, 1000ML schultz tins (that can be decanted to other guns if necessary), 2.5L tins, and 20L drums. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Used PCI gun to apply, used in cavities and above, around fuel tank, and on and around subframes application was pretty straight forward.
Purchase 2.5 litre tins, even using a funnel to fill gun pot managed to spill as the tin does not pour vey well, would be better in bottle or tub with screen top.
Used 2.5 lt doing a single good coat on an RX7.

I have used the zero prep on the bottom of both the doors on my 2004 Defender. I took the zero prep literally and sprayed it directly onto the rusted areas, applying several coats. It now appears to be much more soild and I no longer see a small pile of rust when I close the door. Fingers crossed it has done the trick.

Applies fantastically well with great coverage and wetting Sunday, 15 January 2017 | Clive
it goes on well, and spreads fantastically well. Only time will tell if it does what it says on the tin, but so far so good!
